We are looking for an enthusiastic new member to join our small team of 3 at Freshly Greated, suitable for someone passionate about the value of art and working with communities.
The Community Event Assistant will have an exciting and varied role, you will be involved in all aspects of the project: Supporting the Project Coordinator with vital administrative tasks: contracts, evaluation, invoicing, maintaining and updating spreadsheets, event checklists, ordering supplies.
In addition, there are often opportunities to be involved in design and creation of marketing and promotional content for both print and social media.Supporting the Programme Manager with researching and identifying new groups and organisations in the areas where we work and keeping records of progress, engaging with individual residents, building relationships, supporting the generation of ideas, regular communication with ‘Community Producers’, assisting with event management, evaluation and feedback.
Supporting the Programme Director with data for reports, logging activity, maintaining good systems for administration, project coordination, advocating for the project, communicating and working collaboratively with partners and other organisations and supporting with fundraising initiatives.

Freshly Greated is part of a strong network of arts organisations in the region, this role will give you a good grounding and relevant experience to be a strong candidate for future roles and the Freshly Greated team and Voluntary Norfolk will signpost and recommend suitable roles on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
£9.50 / Hour, for 30 hours per week to be paid monthly in arrears
